Nicotine Base 50% VG/50% PG 1000ml. What are premixed nicotine mix kits?
These mix kits give you premixed pharmaceutical grade eliquid bases together with the correct number of nicotine shots to achieve your desired nicotine strength. You can order a 500ml or 1000ml container. This will feature the base liquid and room to add the nic shots. Think of the mix kits as oversized short fills but without the flavour! You can choose your preferred base liquid ratio as the kits are available with blends from 20VG/80PG to 80VG/20PG.
Why are the nic shots supplied separately?
The European Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) has placed restrictions on the sale of eliquids containing nicotine. These may not be sold in volumes exceeding 10ml. The regulations also apply to premixed unflavoured bases. Our DIY mixing kits feature 500ml and 1000ml containers and so we must supply the nicotine shots separately. Mixing liquids remains straightforward. You simply have to add the nic shots to the container.
Freebase or salt nicotine?
Our handy mix kits are available with either freebase nicotine or salt nicotine. Freebase nicotine provides noticeable throat hits but is absorbed slowly by the body and may impact your flavour. Salt nicotine delivers smoother throat hits, more immediate relief of your cravings and purer flavour. You can read more about the differences here.
All about VG and PG
Both vegetable glycerine (VG) and propylene glycol are safe to inhale. VG is derived from vegetable oils and is widely used in cosmetics, toiletries and edibles. It is slightly sweet and so can impact flavour, but it produces impressive vapour. VG is thicker than PG. High VG eliquids can clog the high resistance coils of many vape pens and pod systems.
Propylene glycol (PG) is a synthetic compound which carries flavour well. It produces more noticeable throat hits but can irritate your throat when you first start vaping. High PG base liquids are suitable for high resistance coils whereas high VG bases are the best choices for sub-ohm equipment.
Making DIY eliquids easy
DIY mixing doesn’t have to be difficult. With our DIY base mix vape kits, you will have the VG/PG ratio that you are looking for and the right number of nic shots to achieve the nicotine strength that satisfies your cravings. You might not need to use an eliquid calculator.
